2005 Presidential Inauguration Audio System Proposal
Emmaco generated this proposal for ATK Audiotek to provide and operate the sound reinforcement system for George W. Bush's second Inauguration. We were informally told we had the best proposal. Unfortunately, we didn't have the lowest price. Alas, this one failed.
This short video demonstrates the before and after acoustical noise treatment of a new turnstile design by Alvarado Manufacturing. The original prototype's noise was reduced 12 dB. More importantly, Emmaco taught Alvarado's personel the techniques to reduce machinery noise for future products. Turn up the volume on your computer and listen carefully to the reduction in harshness. This one was a success!
Emmaco generated this proposal to the NFL for ATK Audiotek to teleconference all the NFL owners and facilities together. Unfortunately, it was presented right before the infamous halftime "equipment malfunction", which resulted in a management shakeout and this one going down the drain!
Connect a Suburban School District to an OC-12 Network
Emmaco headed and generated this concept as head of the Committee on Infrastructure for a local school district. The school's download and upload speeds increased over 500 times as a result. A success.
Microsoft asked us to bid on managing their entire gamut of A/V systems worldwide. We submitted our bid which discusses Emmaco's capabilities, but haven't heard back from them three years later. We'll go out on a limb and go with thumbs down. By the way, it includes a great discussion on all the project phases of a typical system installation we presented at NSCA some time back.
Project Specification for an Electronic Safe System
The MasterFormat specification standards recently changed to an entirely new numbering system. This example details the procurement requirements for an electronic safe system for a 150 room hotel. This one was a success.
